These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Let’s Go Tickets platform, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Let’s Go Tickets. Please read them carefully. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, listing an event, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Let’s Go Tickets acts as an intermediary that enables event organizers to sell tickets to attendees. When you purchase a ticket, you enter into a contract with the relevant organizer for admission to their event; Let’s Go Tickets facilitates payment and delivers your ticket as a secure QR code. Prices, availability, and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Tickets are personal and may not be resold for profit or used for unauthorized commercial promotion unless expressly permitted by the organizer.
Organizers are solely responsible for their events, including accurate event descriptions, pricing, licensing, health and safety, and compliance with all applicable laws. Organizers must honor valid tickets, handle attendee data lawfully, and process refunds in accordance with their stated policies and applicable consumer-protection law. Organizers grant Let’s Go Tickets the rights necessary to display event listings and process ticket sales on their behalf.
Let’s Go Tickets may charge service fees to attendees and/or organizers, which are disclosed before a transaction is completed. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner (Stripe), and organizer payouts are subject to the applicable payout schedule and any chargebacks or reversals. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Refund eligibility is primarily determined by each organizer's published refund policy, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union. If an event is cancelled, materially rescheduled, or relocated by the organizer, you may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Please note that under EU consumer law the standard 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to tickets for leisure and cultural events tied to a specific date.
To request a refund, contact the organizer or open your order from your Let’s Go Tickets account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; service fees may be non-refundable where permitted. Let’s Go Tickets facilitates refunds on behalf of organizers but is not the merchant of record for the underlying event.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: circumventing entry controls or duplicating QR tickets; using bots or automated means to purchase tickets; committing fraud or laundering funds; infringing intellectual-property rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Go Tickets is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, for events that are cancelled or fail to meet expectations, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
