This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for tickets purchased through Let’s Go Tickets. It applies alongside your statutory rights as a consumer and each organizer's own published terms.
Refunds are available for unused tickets on confirmed orders. A ticket that has already been scanned, transferred, or otherwise used at an event is no longer eligible. Only one refund request can be in progress for a given ticket at a time.
Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event starts. Once you are within 14 days of the event, the refund window has closed and requests can no longer be accepted through the platform. We recommend requesting a refund as early as possible if you know you can no longer attend.
To request a refund, sign in and go to Account → My Tickets, open the ticket you no longer need, and choose "Request refund". Your request is reviewed by the organizer or our team, and you will be notified once it is approved or declined.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement after a refund has been processed.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible tickets are refunded regardless of the 14-day window described above. If an event is materially rescheduled or relocated, you may also be entitled to a refund in line with the organizer's terms and applicable consumer law.
These policies may change from time to time. The values shown here reflect the current platform settings and are enforced automatically at the point of your request.
