This Payout Policy explains how organizers are paid for tickets sold through Let’s Go Tickets, including how balances are calculated, when payouts are released, and how refunds affect what you are owed.
For each ticket sold, your balance increases by the ticket's face value minus the applicable platform fee. Payment processing charges and service fees disclosed at checkout are deducted before the amount is credited to your organizer balance.
A payout can only be generated once your available balance reaches the €50 minimum. If your balance is below €50, it rolls over and continues to accumulate until the threshold is met.
Eligible payouts are released on a weekly schedule. Once a payout is issued, its status moves from pending to paid, and the corresponding amount is deducted from your available balance.
When a ticket is refunded, the amount previously credited to your balance is reversed. If a refund is processed after a related payout has already been made, the reversal is applied against your future balance.
Payouts are sent using the method configured on your organizer account, such as bank transfer. Please keep your payout details accurate and up to date to avoid delays or failed transfers.
These policies may change from time to time. The minimum balance and schedule shown here reflect the current platform settings and are enforced automatically when payouts are generated.
