How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets live in your Let’s Go Tickets wallet under My Tickets, and are also emailed to you as a scannable QR code.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow each organizer's policy. Request one from your order in the customer portal.

Do scanners need an app?

No. Scanner staff open the QR scanner in any mobile browser — no installation required.

Which payment methods are supported?

Card via Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay at checkout.
